Terms & Conditions

All bookings must be made via the GROOVIO app. (The student website is currently under construction www.groovio.com.au)

  • All payments/bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred with more than 24 hours notice.
  • Credit must be used within the expiry time given, it is the duty of the purchaser to ensure they are aware of this date.
  • Unused Monthly Membership class passes cannot be carried over to another month.
  • Monthly Membership cancellations require 28 days notice as minimum.
  • Adult packs are valid for 6 weeks from the date of purchase.
  • Private lessons must be organised directly with the instructor.
  • Students MUST arrive on time, this ensures students have a proper warm up which greatly reduces the risk of injury. Late entries of 5 or more minutes will be refused with no refund for the class given.
